You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on Nuztar. This is in line with Philippine gambling regulations. We take age verification seriously — accounts found to belong to underage players will be suspended immediately and any funds returned. Please do not attempt to register if you are under 21.

No. Each player is allowed only one Nuztar account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the login page instead of creating a new account.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address linked to your Nuztar account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team via the email address listed in the footer.

Account verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit a valid government-issued ID — such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID — along with a selfie holding the ID. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. Verified accounts also enjoy higher withdrawal limits and faster processing times.

The minimum deposit on Nuztar is ₱50. This low entry point means you can try any game in the Nuztar library without committing a large amount upfront. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though daily limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your Nuztar account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the bank's processing time. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 3 hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we'll look into it right away.

Nuztar does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you send will be credited to your account. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge a small fee for interbank transfers. Check with your payment provider if you're unsure. We recommend using GCash or PayMaya for the fastest and most cost-effective deposits.

Log in to your Nuztar account, go to the Cashier section, and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method — GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank — enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your account is verified before submitting your first withdrawal request, as unverified accounts cannot process payouts.

Most Nuztar withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically the fastest, often arriving within a few hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one business day. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer to process.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Nuztar is ₱100. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional identity checks as part of our standard security procedures. This is to protect your account and comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

Withdrawals can be rejected for several reasons:

• Your account has not been verified (KYC incomplete)
• You have an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met
• The withdrawal amount is below the ₱100 minimum
• Your account details do not match the payment method details
• A security review has been triggered on your account

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you need to wager your bonus amount before you can withdraw it as real cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱5,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. There you'll see all active bonuses, their expiry dates, and your current wagering progress. If a bonus has expired before you completed the wagering requirement, it will be removed from your account automatically — unused bonus funds cannot be carried over.
