Nuztar reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Nuztar platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Nuztar reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid government-issued identification, and a working email address. Nuztar will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Nuztar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Nuztar immediately via the contact details provided in Section 15 of these Terms. Nuztar may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
All player accounts on Nuztar are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion's terms.
Nuztar accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Nuztar account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times.
Nuztar does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Nuztar reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
Nuztar aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during operational hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
Nuztar operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Nuztar reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate regulatory authorities. Players must not use the Nuztar platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
Nuztar offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are statistical approximations calculated over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.
Each game on the Nuztar platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. Nuztar is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, Nuztar will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the wager refunded to the player's account. Nuztar's decision in such matters is final.
Nuztar reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was affected by a technical error, software bug, or any form of cheating or collusion.

Any unauthorised use of Nuztar's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nuztar, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
Nuztar does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nuztar makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, Nuztar's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall Nuztar's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Nuztar account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nuztar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Nuztar platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Nuztar implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Nuztar cannot guarantee absolute data security.
Nuztar may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering regulations.
Nuztar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to Nuztar.
You may close your account at any time by contacting Nuztar support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
Nuztar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Nuztar will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Nuztar platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Nuztar platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Nuztar from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
