6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Nuztar does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.

7. Data Retention

Nuztar retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• Financial transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
• Game play and wagering history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each session, for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
• Customer support communications: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the last communication, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
• Marketing preference records: Retained for the duration of your account and for one (1) year following account closure or opt-out, whichever is earlier.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Nuztar uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on its website and mobile application to enhance your experience, maintain session security, and gather analytics data. The following types of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the operation of the Nuztar platform, including session management, login authentication, and security functions. These cookies cannot be disabled without affecting platform functionality.

The Nuztar platform is strictly intended for players who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Nuztar does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If Nuztar becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the Nuztar platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools and to monitor their children's online activity to prevent underage access to online gaming platforms.

12. International Data Transfers

Nuztar primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to, or accessed from, locations outside the Philippines — for example, where Nuztar engages service providers whose infrastructure is located abroad.
